I. RIGHTS TO ACCESS | ||

By using and/or visiting this Platform ("BIGMaps"), (collectively, including all content available through the BIGMaps domain name, the "BIGMaps Platform", or "Platform",) you signify your assent to both these terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") and any other specific terms and conditions for any microsite or any addition feature within the site and BIGMaps Privacy Policy, which are published, and which are incorporated herein for reference. In addition, when using particular services provided by us such as viewing any of the maps or other contents, or participating in any contests, you shall be subject to any additional guidelines or rules applicable to such services. You are only authorized to use the BIGMaps Platform (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms of Use and the privacy policy referred to above. We reserve the right at any time to: change the terms of this Agreement; change the Services, including eliminating or modifying any content on or feature of the Site; or change/charge any fees or charges for use of the Services. Any changes we make will be effective immediately on notice, which we may give either by posting the new Agreement on the Site or via electronic mail. Your use of the Services after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. Be sure to review this Agreement periodically to ensure your familiarity with the most current version. 3. BIGMaps, division of Reliance BIG Entertainment Pvt Ltd is a location based search service and maps service provider. The service is accessible through internet/sms on fixed and wireless devices. The primary place of business is at Ground Floor, Champion Estate Compound, 15 Parsi Panchayat Road, Off Western Express Highway, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400069, Maharashtra, India. The BIGMaps Platform is hosted in India and is subject to the laws governing the Republic of India. | ||
4. These Terms of Use apply to all Users of the BIGMaps Platform, including Users who are also contributors of various contents, information, and other materials or services on the BIGMaps Platform. The BIGMaps Platform may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by BIGMaps. BIGMaps has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, BIGMaps will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Platform, you expressly relieve BIGMaps from any and all liability arising from your use of this Platform and any third-party website as aforesaid. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you move out of the BIGMaps Platform and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website that you visit. | ||

BIGMaps hereby grants you permission to use the Platform as set forth in these terms of use, provided that: (i) your use of the Platform as permitted is solely for your personal, noncommercial use; (ii) you will not copy or distribute any part of the Platform in any medium without BIGMaps's prior written authorization; (iii) you will not alter or modify any part of the Platform other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Platform for its intended purpose; and (iv) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. | ||
